Shabbat Sasson

Shabbat Sasson December 13, 2019

Join our musical Kabbalat Shabbat service, Shabbat Sasson ("sasson" means joy), with musicians of all ages from our congregation. This energetic prayer experience will be full of new and old tunes. This month it will be followed by a dairy/pareve dessert Oneg Shabbat. Please RSVP below for the Shabbat Sasson service and/or Oneg Shabbat.

If you are staying for the Oneg please let us know what you will be bringing. If you have a kosher home, you may prepare and bring a hot dairy/pareve dish in your own dish. Please wrap it well if needed as we will not be reheating food. If you do not have a kosher home, you may bring an uncooked, cold item or a purchased item whose ingredients are kosher (they do not need a hechsher). If your kitchen is not kosher and you are making a cold food item or cutting up something like fruit, please bring your contribution in a previously unused, disposable container. If you have any questions about food, please contact Fern Meharg at [email protected] or Cheryl Eppsteiner at [email protected]
