Tuesday, January 5 -->- Saturday, March 20 with a bonus run on Tuesday, March 23.
All levels of runners WELCOME! runstrong meets on Tuesday at 6:00 am, Thursday at 6:00 am and Saturday at 7:00 am. Tuesdays are dedicated to speed work, Thursday is just run/bonus run, and Saturdays are longer runs depending on your race goals.
PRICING includes personal contact with JoAnn, dynamic warm-up routine, post-run strength training workouts, post-run static stretching routine, 3x weekly group runs, race preparation and strategies, group social events, and volunteering opportunities.
Already Running: REDUCED fee due to COVID-19: $135 ($100 if only Tues (and Thursday) OR if only Saturday (and Thursday))
Beginner running: $165 includes schedule and all 3 group runs.
RUNcard: $30 for three group runs and the RUNcard expires end of the Winter session
