Summerfield Custom Wellness is excited to offer our community access to FREE nutrition and wellness education.

April 13th at 4:00 pm - Nurturing Your Relationship with Food - Led by, Aubrey Stephenson

There are internal and external factors that influence how we perceive foods and how those perceptions impact our behaviors. You will learn simple strategies that will help you repair negative feelings about your diet and build a long-term healthy relationship with food.

May 11th at 12:00 pm - The Sugar Sweet Spot - Led by, Sarah Maurer 

Some people can include sugar as part of a balanced diet.  Some people need help dialing back their sugar habit.  Some people want to avoid the weight gain, chronic disease, inflammation, poor gut health, and hormonal imbalance that can accompany overconsumption of sugar.  Come gather the facts about sugar to decide for yourself your personal sweet spot.

June 14th at 4:00 pm - Spring Seasonal Favorites- Led by, Carlee Collmus

As seasons start to change, learn about what that means for our favorite produce and the nutrients they provide. This class will review Spring and Summer picks and offer seasonally appropriate recipes!
