1) Ribber Liaison, 2) Order Receiver, 3) Order Server.
All positions work in Rib Valet Area to ensure smooth operation of food order taking and food delivery.
Ribber Liaison (6)
Keep Rib Valet Managers abreast of Ribber changes to menus & food. Put labels on containers for orders printed. Quality Control completed orders from Ribbers. Make sure rib runners collect containers quickly. Ability to reprint order label if necessary.
Order Receivers (2)
Receive order containers from rib runners. Have text message sent to customer that order ready for collection. Put container on pickup table for collection. Mark Order as received - S/W dependant.
Order Servers (2)
Check order from customer and give them their container/s. Mark Order as completed - S/W dependant.
