Hello Pack 1592 Scout Families,
America's Birthday is coming up soon.
As Pack 1592 does every year, we will be marching in the Roseville 4th of July Parade, through Downtown Roseville, as a Pack. This is a great way to demonstrate your Scouting pride, celebrate the 4th of July, be part of a wonderful city event, and just have fun! Scouts that participate will have a life lasting memory.
Scouts will dress in their Class A Uniform. Family members are welcome to join and should wear their Pack 1592 gear, or something scout related, or 4th of July related. We will also provide water, small flags and the Pack 1592 banner. Parents that don't want to walk in the parade may walk next to our group. If you prefer to do a drop off and pick up, the start and finish are just a few blocks away since the route u-turns half way through the walk.
This year, we are going to provide ice cream for the participants at the end of the parade, at Royer Park where the parade ends.
The parade starts at 9:00 AM and the Scouts are always at the front of the parade. So please meet at 8:30 AM at the intersection of Douglas and Vernon to line up for the parade and get organized.
