Join the Watershed Stewards Program (WSP) and the Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve (FFRP) for a weekend of field work! This sign up is for Day 2, Sunday April 7th. We will be assisting FFRP with enhancing their riparian areas (Santa Rosa Creek). Work will involve planting native plants and removing invasive plants!
TO GET THERE: Head north on CA-1 N to Cambria. After passing Burton Drive you will continue driving for slightly less than one mile (approx. 0.85 miles). Park on the large pull-out located on the left (west) side of CA-1 and follow event signs from the trailhead. If the pull-out fills up, you may go in and park on the side of the trail (dotted white line).
MUST WEAR long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy close-toed shoes. Sunglasses if you have them. Water bottle recommended. Tools, safety gear, and light refreshments will be provided.
