Benefit from movement of body and breath in a safe and supportive virtual setting. This yoga class is for survivors of any type of trauma. No prior experience with yoga or trauma therapy required.
India studies, practices, and teaches the 8-limbed science of yoga from a trauma-informed lens, and approaches her own practice from a place of genuine curiosity. She is the founder of India Bee Yoga and has created a Yoga Nidra meditation app called "Bee Mindful" in hopes that the practice of meditation and mindfulness can be more accessible to all.
Yoga classes will be offered through the online platform, Zoom. Please register* below; once you’ve registered we will email you the Zoom link by 4pm the day of class.
