Location: Indiana School for the Blind & Visually Impaired, 7725 North College Avenue, Indianapolis, 46240
Time: Volunteers need to arrive at the school at 4:00 pm. Training for volunteers will be held by the Volunteer Captains at 4:30PM. Pizza provided for volunteers. If volunteer shift allows, volunteers may experience the concert from the balcony of the auditorium. Open seating will be available in the balcony for volunteers and staff.
Timeline for the No Limits Celebration and Kickoff: Saturday, July 23rd
- The doors open at 6:00PM.
- The Pre-Concert Reception starts at 6:00PM.
- Seating for the Concert begins at 7:15PM.
- Welcome starts at 7:45PM and Concert begins at 8PM.
- The Post-Concert Reception- Q and A with Michael Cleveland and Emcee Kathy Nimmer which begins at 9:30PM. The event will end around 10PM.
Parking: Volunteers and staff will park in available spots on campus behind the auditorium. Note: A shuttle will be available from 5:30pm-10:30pm to help patrons and volunteers get to their cars throughout campus.
What to wear: Your own black top, black pants, (no jeans), comfortable black close-toed shoes.
Volunteer Ages: Volunteers ages 15-17 are welcome to volunteer in specific roles (Greeters or pre/post concert celebration clean up) with a parent present.
