Spring Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon Potluck and volunteer signup

Concord Academy Parents,

On Tuesday March 3, we will hold the second Faculty/Staff Appreciation Luncheon of the year, a beloved tradition anticipated by faculty and staff.  Almost 60 families contributed to the Fall Luncheon in October, and we hope to make the Spring Luncheon just as special.  

There are many ways to participate:

  • Cook/Bake/Bring food for the luncheon!  Suggested servings for 8-10 people per slot. 
  • Provide takeaway gifts for faculty and staff to take home with them.  Minimum of 25 gifts per slot
  • Contribute towards buying additional food, flowers, decor and gift cards for kitchen staff
  • Volunteer your time to pick up food, help setup and decorate the room, or clean up. 

If you are interested in contributing towards buying food, flowers, or gift cards, just sign up and we will contact you with more information and instruction.  If you are contributing towards food, we will arrange to have the food ordered and picked up or delivered on your behalf.
