Stone Soup Supper Volunteers & Bakers 2019

We are in need of volunteers for the Stone Soup Supper fundraising event on Sunday, October 27th. There are sign ups available for day of, setting up, serving food, helping to clear tables, help with the Silent Auction etc. We also need bakers to help make desserts for the event to be dropped off at South Slope the day of.

Please sign up for as many shifts as you would like to help as long as they are not overlapping. 

If you already have a Pantry shirt, please wear that to the event. If you are in need of a Pantry volunteer shirt, please enter your shirt size in the comments for us to bring.

Help set-up for the event, warm up soup, display auction items, put our center pieces, set tables, make lemonade, etc.

Stay by the silent auction tables to monitor items and answer questions, encourage bids and help close tables by marking winners at the end of each auction

Help clean tables off, throw compostable items in compost, wipe down tables and trays, return trays to start of soup line. Empty compost containers as they get full, replace liner. Gloves and aprons will be provided
