While meditation/mindfulness research abounds (ranging from news that meditation can be as effective as pharmaceuticals for depression, to finding that teens with a mindful gratitude practice enjoy better GPAs!), a GINORMOUS amount of confusion exists over how to get “there.”
In this workshop, we’ll discuss and practice three of the most powerful forms of meditation, AND share what I’ve found to best ignite the daily joy most of us have forgotten. This is my favorite compilation based on what I've experienced through decades of meditation, and years of teaching!
