Reserve, pickup & deliver 400 plates, 250 entree To-Go containers, 400 small To-Go containers (for salad/desserts) from Draffens Supply. Return excess to Draffens.
Paper cups from McDonald's
Arrange 300 cups from McDonald's & bring to CCUMC
Option to donate $ instead of time or goods. Bring to CCCUMC any X during office hours M-Th 9:00-1:00. Email [email protected] for other payment options.

Provide coolers for breadsticks pickup by Nov. 6 (3)
Donate any # of big/medium coolers to keep breadsticks warm. Label w/ your name.

Wash, clean, dry, deliver & return 3 CLEAN coolers: 1 for water, 1 tea, & 1 lemonade

Location = Choir room . Helpers should include 1 spaghetti, 1 bread & 2 salad helpers per shift.

Answer phone & write down orders
Curbside carryout (2)
Greet guests arriving to pick up to go orders. Communicate w/ to go team.
Drink servers (3)
Ice & drinks in cups
Provide & place 300 assorted sweeteners on tables, butter, pepper, spices, Parmesan cheese,etc.
To go helper (4)
Assist with preparing and staging to-go orders (salad, entree, bread, dessert, etc.)

Link b/t phone orders & to-go team: Deliver orders taken by receptionist & distribute to To-Go staging area
