2019 Rio Americano Band Food Donations
All food & supplies need to be brought to the “Staging Area” near the front of the Band Rooms on Playathon Morning (Friday, November 8th) between 6:30am and 7:15am (start of Zero period). No sooner - there is no overnight storage for food. Look for band students to take supplies. Please label all equipment (coolers, electrical cords, etc.) and take home at end of evening.
Each family also needs to bring beverages during the morning drop-off time, based on their band student's last name. Student last names that begin with:
- A-H, please bring small case (12 bottles or so) of water
- I-Z, please bring a case of soda/juice/gatorade (12 pack)
Only store bought food please, no home baked goodies. Everything must be peanut free, nothing processed in a factory with nuts.
Link to pre-purchase a Spaghetti Factory buffet dinner for parents and guests (band students are free) for the night of Playathon 2019 for $10. Must be purchased by 11/6.
