Stillwater Ag Boosters
The annual Stillwater Livestock Booster Dinner and Auction is the primary fundraiser for the booster club. During the event, items donated by 4-H and FFA members (as well as by area businesses) are auctioned off. Proceeds from the auction and profits from the dinner are used to support Stillwater 4-H and FFA students in developing their skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, citizenship, and professionalism. Stillwater 4-H and FFA members are responsible for either:
- Making an auction item valued at approximately $25 or greater, OR
- Working with other 4-H or FFA members to create a themed gift basket valued at greater than $50.
For members planning to work with teammates to create a themed basket, possible themes are listed below. Sign up for an item or theme to make sure there is variety in the types of items and baskets in the auction.
All member-donated auction items and/or auction baskets (with listing of items included in the baskets) must be turned in on either:
- Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020 at Stillwater Ag Booster Club Meeting (6:30 p.m. at the Ag Bldg.), OR
- Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Stillwater Ag Building
