We are excited to be able to offer again the PREP Summer Session to the SJC families! Thank you for your interest!

from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm
Students must attend all 5 days without absence, lateness, or early pick up. Please read FAQ's previously emailed carefully prior to signing up with special attention to the follow up parent/child requirements.

1. Sign up via Sign Up Genius:
If you are unable to sign up/obtain a seat(s) for your child or children, they will not be eligible to attend the PREP Summer Session. However, you are encouraged to place your child or children's names on the waiting list. If your child is on the waiting list and becomes eligible for the PREP Summer Program due to cancellations, you will be notified. If after the registration period concludes on March 1, 2019, your child or children have not obtained a seat for the PREP Summer Session, we welcome you to register your child or children for the traditional Sunday morning session
*Registration for the Sunday morning will be held in April, 2019.
An electronic registration is NOT being utilized for the PREP Summer Session. Instead, the registration forms will be forwarded via email to the families who have successfully obtained one or more seats for their family.
If you successfully sign up/obtain a seat(s) for child or children, you must then register and submit payment in full, using the registration form which will be emailed to you. The completed registration forms and payment must be submitted to the PREP Office within 10 days of receiving the Registration Form to guarantee your child’s seat in the PREP Summer Session.
If your child or children obtain a seat via the waiting list, the completed registration form and payment must be received no later than 10 days after you are notified of the available seat.
Your child is not considered to be a student in the PREP Summer Session until both the completed registration form and payment in full are received. If the registration form and payment is not received within 10 days of receiving Registration form, the student/students' seat(s) will be assigned to the first student on the waiting list for that grade level. *Please be mindful that the current PREP fees must be paid in full in order for students to be eligible to enroll in the Summer Session.
Please be aware that it is possible that not all students from the same family will be able to secure a seat in the PREP Summer Session. We ask that you to promptly inform us if you choose to forfeit your child or children’s seats for this reason or for any other reason.
