Sheboygan County Food Bank
Thank you for considering driving for Making Spirits Bright (MSB). The shift for the drivers is approximately from 4:15pm-10:00pm on the night you choose. We ask that you please sign up individually, but 1 driver and 1 helper per truck will be required per shift (if you can provide both positions, please fill in both slots for the night). I will also need a copy of your valid drivers license and date of birth, please email me seperately this information after you sign up here ([email protected]).
You will begin the night by picking up the truck at the Sheboygan County Food Bank (SCFB) around 4:00pm and drive it to Evergreen Park (where MSB is held). When the park opens up at 5:00, you will be collecting the food donations throughout the night and packing it into the truck. You will be responsible for the truck and all donations the entire night. The event concludes at 9pm, where you will pack up all of the donations and drive back to the SCFB. You will be required to unload all of the donations and weigh each shopping cart.
On numerous Friday and Saturday nights, there will be 2 SCFB trucks driven to the park. It is important that both of the main volunteers who are signed up for these nights are available to drive one of the box trucks on these days. You can have up to 4 volunteers, 2 per truck.
