130th Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol
The 130th will once again be allowed to perform grocery bagging at Cub Foods in Lakeville (Address: 17756 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044) to raise funds for unit activities and give us another opportunity to be visible in the community.
We expect that cadets participate in at least two fund raisers during a 12 month period.
We have two bagging opportunities to replace the Februrary event that was double-booked and I expect all slots to fill up.
We have a total of 8 cadet slots, 2 seniors slots, and 1 parent slots for each date. To maximize our efforts, since we have two dates scheduled we will do one longer block on each day.
Cadets will wear ABUs, offer to bag groceries for shoppers, and answer any questions about CAP.
Seniors will wear Polos (Parents can wear confortable clothes), will supervise cadets, watch over the collected donations, and answer any questions about CAP.
Cadets under 18 will need to bring a signed CAP 60-80 (permission slip).
