Woodmoor Diversity Awareness Fair

Station Volunteers Needed

Dear Woodmoor Families,

Woodmoor PTSA and Staff are excited to announce Diversity Awareness Fair (DAF) will be held April 3rd, 4th, and 5th this year.  Students in grades 2nd through 5th will participate in the station portion of DAF.  These stations will simulate different disabilities and promote empathy. The DAF stations will be located in the Woodmoor Hallway (near the reading room) on 4/3 thru 4/5, during the school day.  Each classroom will signup for a 30 minute time-slot during which they will visit 5 stations.

We are in need of many volunteers to help with these stations.  It is help from volunteers like you that make events like this a success.  Please view this signup and consider volunteering for one or more of the time slots.

Thank You,

Sarah Austin, Aileen Dingess, and Alaina Johnson

Woodmoor PTSA Special Education Reps.
