Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS)
Description: TAPS is once again the proud charity beneficiary of the Potomac Hunt Races, an annual tradition celebrating the sport of steeplechase racing. At the race, TAPS volunteers will work alongside staff to distribute event wristbands and passing out maps and waste bags.
Volunteers will be standing and walking for long periods of time. This opportunity is suitable for adults and mature teenagers volunteering with their parents.

Attire: A fabulous TAPS volunteer tshirt will be provided to all volunteers. Volunteers will be on their feet for the majority of the day, so comfortable clothing and sensible shoes are a must. Please monitor local weather and dress accordingly. The sun may be shining brightly, so remember a hat or visor and use your sunscreen.
Provisions: Race organizers will brovide boxed lunch and bottled water for volunteers.
