Little Flower School Registration
As a new family to LFS or if you are registering a new student, please bring your child's or children's birth certificate, current shot record and social security card to this appointment, as all of these documents are necessary to complete the registration process. If you don't have these documents with you, you will not be able to complete your registration and will need to reschedule your appointment. Also, if you have a baptismal certificate please include it.
