Festival of Trees

2019 Festival of Trees - Special Tours Registration

Just Imagine… with this sentiment, preparation has begun for the 2019 Mary Bridge Festival of Trees. Proceeds from this wonderful event will benefit Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Network.

Over the course of the first week in December, the fifth floor of the Greater Tacoma Convention Center will be transformed into a glittering and elegant holiday display. On Friday, December 6, from 9am to 1pm, the 2019 Mary Bridge Festival of Trees opens specifically to groups with special needs. Admission is complimentary to groups who schedule their tour in advance through our Special Tours Co-Chairs, Kari Maenhout or Lisa Ward.

Please make sure to have enough escorts to support your group. While we do have volunteers on site to support Festival and offer assistance, we cannot guarantee personal escorts.  Please plan on approximately one to two hours to enjoy the trees and other holiday festivities.  PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT we are unable to provide transportation or wheelchairs for guests.

Entrance to Festival will be through the 5th floor door at the back of the Convention Center, located through the F lot on 15th and Market Streets.  Your van or bus will be permitted to drive up the delivery ramp and unload passengers. Parking in this lot is limited and more detailed information will follow closer to the event.

Please note, space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  To reserve your time for a Special Tour, please review the available times below and click on the button to register. Should you have any questions, please call or email Kari Maenhout at (253) 380-3452 or Lisa Ward at (253) 691-9935.

Thank you!
