This nationally recognized Sun-style of Tai Chi will focus on arthritis and fall prevention and is suited for beginners because of the simple, yet effective form combinations. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art best known for its slow and gentle flowing movements, making it suitable for all ages and physical abilities. This class is taught in a standing position, but participants my sit in a chair and learn modified movements if needed. Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. Participants are encouraged to participate in all 8 classes and practice 1-2 days outside of class for the full benefit of the program. This free series is for adults and is taught by Certified Instructor Stacey Falke.
Your registration is for the full 8-week series 6:30-7:30pm Mondays March 11, 18, 25 April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29.
