Get your day started on a positive note. Join us for some mindfulness practice.
Who: Cherokee Trail students in grades 3rd - 6th
When: Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 am (door closes promptly at 8:05 for an uninterrupted practice). A new sign-up will come out each week. Students only need to sign up for the day(s) they choose.
What to bring: You'll need a yoga mat to sit on. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude of self-love and gratitude.
