Winter 2020 Training Squads

While COVID restrictions remain in place, group training will be limited to ensure we have enough space for everyone.  Sign up and is essential to avoid being turned away and for our record keeping.  Please make sure you attend or cancel your place so others can take your place. Please DO NOT attend if you or anyone in your immediate family has any signs of illness.

Monday Fitness: 

2 Junior and 1 Adult squad at 4:30-5:30pm;

1 Senior Squad at 5:30-6:30pm

Junior squad recommended for ages 8-14. No minimum standard and sessions cater for short and longer distance runners

Adult squad recommended for all standards, especially catering for beginners.  

Senior squad is the more competitive squad for more experienced runners, ages 12+.  Adults also welcome to participate.

Sunday Horizontal Jumps & Sprints 2:00-3:00.

One group will meet with Coach Maddy to work on jumps and sprint technique.
