Mullica Hill Women's Tri Club
Please join for a practice triathlon. This is called a mock-triathlon and will give you the opportunity to put all three elements of the tri (swim, bike and run) together.
You will be body marked, find a place for your bike and then you will set up your transition. Don't know what you are doing? NO PROBLEM! We will have people there to help you:)
The swim will be 16 laps in a pool (Raccoon Valley), followed by a 10 mile bike ride and a 2 mile run which will be out and back on High Street. We will have water, bagels and coffee ready for you when you finish! This year we are having the faster swimmers go first (two to a lane) with the avg/slower swimmers going after them (2-4 to a lane). Each swimmer will be asked to seed herself by swimming time. I also need about 4 volunteers who can help me body mark and instruct our members on how to set up transition. This is a no-pressure event and YOU WILL NOT BE TIMED. Cost : Free of course!
