We are tweaking our system!
Barbara and I are very grateful for the many volunteers who helped with the service during the first year of our new system. Now we are changing things a bit to (we hope) make it easier for everyone. Each week we are going to be looking for two Service Coordinators. They will be responsible for finding volunteers to take up the collection, and other help if no one has signed up in advance. This is how it has worked in the past, and it is not a problem. There are lots of folks willing to help if they are asked on the day of the service.
Please join in and take a turn as a coordinator.
You will still be able to sign up as an acolyte, to help with Communion and help with special events.
We hope you will step up to help as coordinator. It is not difficult, especially if there are two of you. The rest will fall in place.
The sign up sheet lists responsibilities and suggests a time for you to arrive.
