We need your help! The Talent Show requires a team of volunteers to make sure the event runs smoothly.
If your child is performing, volunteering one hour of your time would help ensure this event is a success!
This year, we will reserve a parking spot close to the building on Talent Show performance nights for anyone who volunteers at least an hour of their time. The more time you volunteer, the closer your parking spot!
Attend auditions on Monday, January 7th. Help check in performers for their auditions, gather necessary information on the performers for the program, and answer questions for other parents. Time commitment - 1-2 hours
Program and Event Planning:
Availability between January 8-17 to help plan the details of the event. Includes purchasing decorations and supplies, deciding the order of the program, making an iTunes playlist, drafting a final program for printing, etc.
Good option for parents who work or who also care for little siblings as the commitment is flexible.
Time commitment - 2-3 hours
