Set Up (2)
mark out locations for staging, tables, porta-potties, etc. before delivery
Volunteer Coordinator (2)
monitor volunteers, ensure volunteers know where they need to go, etc.
Set up (4)
unload delivery truck with tables, chairs, etc.; put up tables, mark chalk pathway on beltline, move trash and recycling containers designated locations
help attendees find their way
Info booth (2)
answer questions people have about the nonprofit; take donations; sign people up for newsletter
Help fill any spots where a volunteer fell through, keep toilet paper at porta-potties, restock paper cups at water stations, etc.
March Marshals (Mobile) (8)
Mobile marshals- walk with marchers, keep them moving, keep marchers from occupying entire beltine, and monitor the marchers and environment for any emergent issues. *these will end up at Piedmont park
March Marshals (Stationary) (5)
Stationary marshals- stationed along gateway trail or key points on the path to facilitate queueing onto the trail using radio or flags to communicate
Tear down (4)
pick up trash, move recycling and trash bins to pickup location, take down tables and help load them into truck, etc
