This practice combines yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation--all with the aid of a chair to encourage moving mindfully and with intention. This class is appropriate for those working with an injury, limited mobility, or anyone interested in learning how to squeeze in some yoga when they’re in an office or traveling.
Group Yoga Classes – Current Rates (effective June 1, 2018)
- Single class: $15
- 5-class pass: $65 (valid for 10 weeks)
- 10-class pass: $100 (valid for 20 weeks)
- Class passes are individual passes and non-transferable/non-refundable.
- Class passes are not eligible for special workshops.
