Congregation Ahavath Chesed Sanctuary Meditation Protocols & Procedures
Sanctuary availability is as stated below and subject to change.
Space is limited to 18 people during each time period.
Reservations are required. You may reserve one time period per week, up to one week in advance.
Upon arrival temperatures will be checked and screening questions asked. Admission is granted with satisfactory temperature and response to questions.
Social distancing (6’ minimum), except for family members, must be maintained.
Only designated seats may be used.
A mask (covering your nose and mouth) must be worn at all times. Face shields are an enhancement to – not a replacement for – facemasks. Entrance with just a face shield is not permitted.
Weekday prayer books are available at the rear of the sanctuary. Please return them to the “return book table” when leaving.
The time periods are for meditation, not religious services or socializing. If you choose to wear a kipah, please bring your own. The Bimah and Toratot are not available. Candle lighting and Kiddush may not be performed.
Restrooms closest to the Gift Shop and hand sanitizer are available for your use.
Sanctuary seats and restrooms will be disinfected daily.
You are responsible for the health and safety of yourself and others while at Congregation Ahavath Chesed.
