ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ATTENDED BY AN ADULT
Thank you everyone for signing up to volunteer at the Spring Dance Party! The big event is almost here . . . below are some details to ensure that all goes smoothly.
If you have any last minute questions or cannot do your shift, please contact Jen ([email protected]).
Please come to the office at the time that your shift begins. Arriving later? Look for us in the gym
Location: Outside the front entrance and music room
Most games will be under the overhang, so it should stay dry, but please dress warmly for the weather. Check in with Jen at the start of your shift to see which game you will be helping out with.
Location: Outside the Front of the School
Entrance tickets will be under the overhang, so it should stay dry. But please dress warmly for the weather.
Hot Food Sales, Distribution, Bake Sale: Jen ([email protected])
Location: front of school
Hot Food Distribution volunteers, please report to the front of school.
Hot Food Ticket Sales volunteers, please come to the Food Sales table.
Bake Sale volunteers, please come to the Bake Sale Table.
Set up, Clean Up and Other Last Minute Questions ([email protected])
Set up volunteers, please come to the office at your scheduled start time.
Clean up volunteers, please report at 8 p.m. to the area that you signed up for.
And lastly: At the end of your shift, please stay at your post until your replacement arrives (particularly if you are handling money). If he/she does not show up after a few minutes, just ask another adult to fill in for you or let the area coordinator know.
