Unduvap Poya Day Program 2018

Dear Devotees,

NC Buddhist temple kindly invite you, your family and friends to participate in this Poya Ceremony. You can Observe Ata Sil or take part in Dhana and other meritorious activities in this day. The Poya program runs the whole day with Buddha Puja (worshipping Lord Buddha), Bhavana (meditation) Dharma sakachcha ( Dhamma discussions), Dharma deshana ( Damma sermon) and many others.

Observing Sil would help you to practice good habits and virtues that leads to a good character while sermons, dhamma discussions and meditations bring you love, joy, wonder, and wisdom in this life, just as it is!

Heel dhana (Breakfast), Daval dhana (Lunch), and Gilanpasa (Tea) are provided to Maha Sanga ( Priests) and to Upasaka/Upaskia (sil observances) along with the participation of everyone who wishes to bring a dish or any other need of the day.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the temple.We keenly hope that you will be able to participate in the Poya program and look forward to seeing you all at the Vihara.
