Community Potluck Dinner @ Lilac Meadows Family Shelter

You're invited to prepare and deliver a dish (or two!) to our drop-off potluck dinner at Lilac Meadows Family Shelter. Lilac Meadows is home to about 150 residents, or 36 families with about 70 kids, and we know that a delicious community-made meal will be a hit - not just because of the wonderful array of delicious dishes, but because sharing food is an age-old way of building community and showing that we care for one another.

In a world without Covid, we would break bread together! However, to uphold social distancing, we are asking that meals are prepared at home then delivered to the shelter.

PLEASE SIGN UP for a dish below - there are several categories to choose from! Dishes should serve 12 people and be delivered to the shelter on Saturday, May 14, from 4:30 - 5:30 pm. Please deliver the food in disposable containers (it's difficult to wash and return them!) and hot meals as close to 5:30 pm as possible so it stays hot. Thank you!
