The Sarpy/Cass Health Department is providing a vaccination opportunity for Sarpy and Cass County residents aged 16 years and older.

The Health Department will be providing Pfizer vaccine. Pfizer requires that at least 21 days have passed between your first and second doses of vaccine.
Anyone under the age of 19 years of age must be accompanied to the vaccination appointment by a parent or legal guardian.
CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you need to change your appointment time or cancel your appointment, please DO NOT email or call the Health Department. Please click on the "edit my signup" link in your email confirmation or email reminder and make those changes to your appointment yourself.
