Parking Spaces and Candy Count
Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up for a parking space at our Annual Trunk or Treat event and bring your decorated trunk and/or the participant category that applies to your child. More information about all areas is listed below but please let me know if you have ANY questions about any of this since it is a new process.
For those that are going to bring a decorated trunk (which we need many to make this a success) to the event, please note that we are going to have numbered spaces that allow for an empty parking space between each car to adhere to social distance guidelines. Candy will only be handed out at the end and not by each individual. However, donations for the candy assortment bag can be donated for the collection through the 23rd delivered to the church office and are very much appreciated!
On October 25th, the first part of the event from 4-4:45 PM will be open to those families that are comfortable walking through the parking lot and seeing the decorated trunks remaining six feet apart from other attendees. The latter part of the hour from 4:45-5 PM will be reserved for those families that prefer to drive through only and see the decorations from the inside of their own cars. Decorated vehicle participants can sit beside their automobiles if comfortable or inside if not while children walk around.
Parents please sign up your children below, if they will be either walking around the lot or doing the drive through so we know how many assorted candy bags to perpare for. Please list any allergies we should be aware of. Thank you!
