Free your body and mind from everyday stressors with this quiet and contemplative style of yoga which targets the deeper connective tissues and helps balance your energetic body systems. Appropriate for EVERY body (whether you have an active body or a more sedentary body). No prior yoga experience required. The majority of poses will be done seated or lying down.

Please bring a water bottle, small blanket or large beach towel and a firm pillow or cushion.
Space is limited to 8 students, please sign up in advance to reserve your spot! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Payment accepted when you arrive for class (cash, check, venmo/PayPal or credit card - I can use the Square App if all else "fails" :-) $20
