Emancipation Park Conservancy and The Houston Area Urban League Present
Having the conversation about money and how we use it is personal. No one likes talking about how much they spend, and whether there is a savings set aside for emergencies like Harvey, or budgeting. Debt and how we manage it is a commitment.
As we work longer hours to support our families, the need to plan today for tomorrow is more important than ever because communities are changing. We have to remain aware and prepared. In response, the Houston Area Urban League and Emancipation Park Conservancy have decided to partner by offering the 'Bridging the Gap Financial Literacy Program' sponsored by Coca- Cola to the 3rd Ward community and communities beyond.
Workshops, resources and topics like Home Buyers Education, Credit Building, Debt Management, Project ID/ Education, Default Lending, Retirement and Investing, Small Business and Employment training has come to support YOU, 3rd ward in your community. When it relates to information and learning about the details to secure our future, all are welcomed! These workshops are FREE and open to the public!
Our plan is in partnership with you because education is our foundation!!!
Come join us! Let's rebuild our story!
