Pewaukee High School Insight Program
Pewaukee School District teachers are developing a list of mentors for Pewaukee High School's Insight program--an innovative off-campus "classroom" giving students real-world experience in business, health and medicine, biomedical, engineering, teaching and media/journalism--the first of its kind in the state and now in its third year. Each mentor will support one student interested in the same career, connecting bi-monthly to discuss suggested topics besides sharing insight into the required skill set of your career, best practices and what the future holds.
If you wish to support the Insight program and assist us in the development of future professionals, please add your name, email and phone number to our list. Coordinator Adriana Plach, will match students with mentors, however, not all volunteers will be contacted depending on the students' interests.
Our goal is to provide 125 students, 10th-12th grade, with a mentor for the school year--August through May. Training will be provided and a background check is required.
Please visit our Insight webpage to learn more about this exciting opportunity. Contact Adriana Plach with program specific questions at [email protected] Thank you for your consideration!
