Early Childhood Screening
Please select a day and time for your child's Early Childhood Screening. Children may be screened between the ages of 3 and 5 prior to entering Kindergarten, screening between ages 3 and 4 preferred. All our screening appointments are now available in-person and will take place at Pearson Early Learning Center, 917 Dakota Street South, Shakopee, ROOM 133. A legal guardian MUST be present at your child's screening and due to space limitations, our preference is only 1 attending adult per child. If the adult or child are experiencing any symptoms of illness on screening day, please reschedule. Also, if you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know, so we can free up your time slot to another family. A packet of forms will be sent following your sign up, so please return them completed on your screening day, including a copy of your child's immunizations.
