Volunteer to Prepare Food for the Guests of St. Paul's Mens Shelter, Paterson

Sign up to prepare food for dinner Saturday, November 7, 2020.

Welcome to the B'nai Keshet and Islamic Center of Passaic County (ICPC) signup for the St. Paul's Men's Shelter in Paterson, NJ!  Thank you for visiting our joint site.  The ICPC and B'nai Keshet communities (and friends!) volunteer the first Saturday of each month to prepare food at home for the guests of the St. Paul's Men's Shelter.

Please scroll down for sign up sheet.  Here are the directions for dropping off food in Paterson or Montclair:

Donations can be dropped off directly in Paterson at St. Paul's the first Saturday of each month between 5:00 and 5:30.   St. Paul's is located at 456 Van Houten Street at the corner of East 18th Street and Broadway.  The parking lot is accessible from both Broadway and Van Houten.

Food donations from Montclair and nearby towns can be dropped off at the home of Penny and Mitchell Arons the first Saturday of each month between 3:30 and 5:00 at 8 Melrose Place (between Harrison Avenue and Orange Road) Montclair.   Please leave donations on the enclosed front screen porch.

****We also need a volunteer to pick up the donations from the Arons residence at 5:15 and bring them to St. Paul's by 5:45.

If you would like to contribute but cannot prepare food, you may donate boxed and canned food for the food pantry which serves 100 clients daily.
