SBU COVID-19 Testing Appointments (Students, Faculty & Staff)

Current SBU students, faculty and staff who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 are eligible for free rapid COVID-19 testing onsite in the JF Johnson Building. See below for the Fact Sheet with test details and the consent form you will need to fill out onsite.

Testing will be done by appointment only.  If symptomatic, please sign up for a time below.  

Do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.  Please use the designated testing entrance on the North side of the building to the right of the Student Lounge entrance.  Map is attached below for your reference.  

Upon arrival, please call the number posted outside of the building on the designated testing entrance.  If you are unable to find the entrance, please stay in your car and call the receptionist at (417) 820-2069 for further instructions.
