Denver U-FIX-IT - Sunday Feb 16th @ Denver Public Library

Hello and welcome to the Denver U-Fix-It Clinic!

Do you have a household item that is broken?

With help from our volunteer fixit coaches, let us show you that you can fix it!

You can bring an appliance, lamp, toy, furniture, clothing/fabric item, jewelry -- any sort of broken thing! We'll have a toolbox and supplies for each workstation, but you should also bring any parts or tools that might be helpful for the repair. You might consider doing an online search for the problem you are experiencing, using the make, model, and symptoms to give you a head start on the repair. You might even learn how to fix it yourself before the clinic happens!

Please select one 1-hour time slot, enter your name, and use the comment entry to let us know the broken item you plan to bring.
For "Quantity", please only select "1."

When you arrive at the event, we'll pair you with one of our volunteer fix-it coaches. They will ask you three questions about your broken thing so you can explore a solution together:

  1. What was it like when it worked?
  2. What happened when it stopped working?
  3. What have you done since then?

The Denver U-Fix-It Clinic is hosted by [i am a maker] and the Denver Public Library ideaLAB with the help of our friends at the Boulder U-Fix-It Clinic.  If you would like to become a sponsor, please email Karen Corliss at [email protected] and thank you.
