These will be a multi-level classes offering modifications to suit different skill levels. Classes will include stretching on the floor, a little gentle core strengthening as well as standing and balancing poses. There may be a little weight bearing on the hands and the class may alternate between slow flow and staying stationary, holding some poses for a few breaths to work on proper alignment. There will be no rush through the sequences. Sign up for class at least two hours in advance and I will send you information about using Zoom and how to pay for class. You may try your first online class with me for free and then pay $7 per class or purchase a 5 class pass for $35. Old passes may be applied.
