Chatham Serves Spring 2019

We love Chatham County!                                                         June 2th, 8:30

We know that you do, too.  Like all communities, there are situations, places, and people in Chatham that need help and healing. Twice a year at Chatham Community Church, we replace Sunday morning worship services with a community service day to meet needs all across the county. We call it Chatham Serves.

Over the past 12 years, over 12,000 work hours have been invested to engage our world for good.  We invite you to be a part. There are over 20 different projects to choose from.  If you want to love your neighbors and your world, or need volunteer/community service hours, come on out.  There are projects for people of all ages, interests and abilities, kids to senior adults.  Check out the sign up list below for specific projects.  Sign up in advance if you can, to help us plan, but if you just wake up on Sunday morning and want to come, please do!  Essentials will be provided, but you may bring tools or gloves or other items noted as appropriate for your project of interest.

Start the day with breakfast with your project team at the Lowes Home Improvement parking lot under the bigwhit tent. Child care is provided upon request for the littlest ones, birth to three years old. atthe Pittsboro Campus of Chatham Community Church.

Thanks for your interest in Chatham Serves.  If you’d like more information about Chatham Community Church and the heart behind Chatham Serves please visit our web site:
