2019 disAbility Resource Expo- Volunteer Sign-Up

 

The disABILITY Resource Expo relies on the involvement of numerous volunteers, to continue it's impact as an exciting, community-wide activity. Please consider volunteering for one or more shifts on either Friday, March 29 (event move-in/set-up) or on our 2019 event-day - Saturday, March 30. Please scroll down this page to find sign-up information, including our various volunteer shifts and task descriptions. Please identify your available time frame then click "sign-up " . Next, go the the bottom of the page and click the orange button that says, "Submit and Sign-Up". Then add your contact information(name , email, phone) and your first choice of volunteer task(s) within that time frame.  We will make every effort to honor your task preferences and please understand that we may ask you to assist in other areas as needed.

Task: Loading/Unloading Trailer (6)

Meet at Brookens Bldg., 1776 E. Washington, Urbana (Pod 400, gymnasium entrance.) Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs. Some items will be heavier. Will load Expo items into trailer at Brookens Bldg., then travel to Vineyard Church to unload event items.
