Facial coverings are required while inside the market.
Here is a brief description of the tasks:
Set-up (8:00 - 9:00 a.m.)
Alongside market managers—set up yellow caution tape around the market, covid signage, and orange safety fencing around perimeter; set up market booth as a frontgate, and help vendors if they need it.
Market Assistance – Early (9:00 – 11:00 a.m) or Late (11:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m.)
Generally monitor the market for line crowding and back-ups, and encourage patrons to move through the market from entrance to exit (and not in the opposite direction); line management at the front,; ensure patrons are not congregating; facilitate when lines form at a vendor booth so that the general traffic is not impeded; assist patrons in picking up pre-orders if they are unable to enter market or approach a vendor.
Closing (1:00pm - 2:00 p.m.)
Alongside the market managers: Pack up the market tent supplies; remove yellow caution tape break down the WFM tent for transport; remove and roll up the orange safety fencing on the street and market traffic signage. Monitor traffic as the fences are removed and before all the vendors have left.
