Thank you for volunteering to help us at the Parker Trail Rider Summer Buckle Series Open Horse Show. This club is built on our volunteers and we couldn't put on these events without you!
Your volunteer hours will count towards your end of year awards requirements. Each participant must work a minimum of eight (8) hours of approved volunteer time for each discipline and/or four (4) hours of approved volunteer time for Trail/Ranch Riding and Showmanship.
Please review the below volunteer positions and put a checkmark in the Sign Up button. Click on the Submit and Sign Up button at the bottom of the page. Enter your name and click Submit.
On the day of the show, check in with the Show Chair upon arrival. Make sure to sign in and out on the volunteer list in order to ensure your hours are counted.
Important Note: If you are donating your time to someone else for their volunteer hour requirements, use the Comments section to enter that person's name. The receiver must be a member at the time the hours are donated. However, if there are not enough volunteers for the event, this limitation may be waived by the Show Chair.
