2022 Lyon Township International Kite Festival

13th Annual Lyon Township International Kite Festival will be held on June 4th & 5th 2022.

General Information

  • Show up 15 minutes before your shift begins.
  • To avoid parking charges, notify the folks at the entrance gate that you are a volunteer and provide your name.

  • Report to the information tent to collect your T-Shirt and receive further instructions. The tent will be located at the top of the hill at James Atchison Park.
  • Lunch will be provided fom 11:30 to 1:00 at the information tent. Beverages will also be provided during your shift.
  • The festival is outside, so dress accordingly. Sunscreen, hats, bug spray, sweat shirt, etc. 
  • You must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer.
