Preparing Your Body for the PJ5K

FX Well and FX Studios Nutritionist Sydney Richards will present on how to prepare your dietary intake for endurance training to maximize performance. She will also discuss pre and post race nutrition to ensure that you are ready to go on race day, and recover well after. This will be followed up with a Stretch and Recovery session hosted by FX Fitness trainers in which they will discuss proper stretching and soft tissue techniques to help yourself recover faster. Space is limited to 20 participants.
