Band Booster Registration Day
Band Registration Day is Monday, July 22, 2019
It takes several parents to pull off registration day for over 300 band members. Areas where parents can volunteer on this day include:
Check-In Table - Assist Mrs. Gray with checking paperwork/payments of each student
Uniform Fittings - help measure and fit students in marching uniforms
Uniform Scanners - help size and assign/scan hats, gauntlets, gloves etc.
Supply Pick Up - organize and assist in handing out supplies (t-shirts, hoodies, water jugs etc)
Booster Table - assist parents in signing up for meal plans, purchasing spirit items or answer general questions
CHARMS - assist parents in signing up for and/or updating their charms account and other social media help
Photographer Helper - Band photo will be taken of each student on this day only; volunteers will help photographer with paperwork.
